The fountain is located in the courtyard of the former Ducal Palace. Erected in the 17th century at the behest of the first prince of Pettorano, Fabrizio II Cantelmo, it was made of sculpted stone: it consists of two overlapping cups of different diameters, the larger one flattened, placed on a decorated circular stem supported by a square base and bearing an inscription that is no longer readable.
