The Reserve lies 8 km in the north-west of the town of Trieste. You can reach it using the following means of transport:

By Car

Ordinary Roads:

• Triestina coastal road (SS14) up to the junction to Grignano mare. Access form the minor gate to Miramare Park.

By Train

Railway Stations:

• Venice - Trieste or Udine - Trieste railway line with stop at Trieste C.le railway station (afterwards, take bus no. 36). Some local trains also stop in Miramare railway station.

Public Transport

Bus:

• By public city bus: Line no. 36 direction to Grignano, stop before the terminus in Grignano.
• By public interurban bus: SAITA and ATP lines with stop in Grignano.
