Within the Visitor Center you can find an itinerary presenting the Reserve and its environments through thematic aquaria for the study of particular systematical animal and vegetable groups (Porifera, Cnidaria, sea Phanerogam, etc.), a tactile pool to touch sea invertebrates, and the reconstruction of a cliff with the zoning of the organisms according to the depth. A video projected on the walls and ceiling of "Cupola di Immersione" (diving dome) gives the opportunity to carry out a virtual diving activity into Miramare seabed, while a multimedia hall deals with the issues of conservation and endangered species.
Until the 9th of September open EVERY DAY from 10 a.m. till 1 p.m. and from 2 p.m. till 6 p.m. (unless the whole structure is booked!).
From the 10th of September open only on Saturdays and Sundays accordin the same schedule.
