  • Trail Conditions: On foot
  • Interest: Flora, Wildlife, Bird Watching, Panorama, Archeology
  • Difficulty Level: low difficulty level
  • Length: 5 km
  • Difference in height: 200m

Recommended period: all year round

This walk is ideal for the hikers who would like to leave the city chaos behind and want to reach, along a pleasant and not very demanding trail, one of the coastal stretches safeguarded by Punta Campanella Marine Protected Area. As a matter of fact, the itinerary leads to the Roman villas situated on the promontory of Capo di Sorrento. It leaves, in the Municipality of Sorrento, from Via Parsano, a ramification of Via degli Aranci. Go ahead then along Via S. Antonio until you reach the flight of steps of the small homonymous church. From here continue uphill for about 400m, and reach Santa Maria del Toro church, in loc. Priora. The most demanding stretch of the route can be considered done.
