Tivoli Oil
The oil produced in Lazio has a medium density, is more or less dim and has an intense fragrance of ripe olive.
The
olive groves cover the territory in the north-west of Rome, which is
characterized by a series of mountain areas rising from the countryside
of Lazio. It is in this area, marked by the course of the river Aniene,
that the Way of the oil of the Colli di Tivoli is situated.
