By establishing the Nature didactic center of Basovizza, the Autonomous Region Friuli Venezia Giulia has equipped itself with a facility dedicated to the environmental education and especially aimed at fostering the knowledge of the ecosystems and of the flora and fauna of the karst and regional area.
