Pork Bacon

Cold cut obtained from the transformation of the pork underbelly. It includes the characteristic "tesa" (stretched bacon with the rind, a short maturation process, and more spiced) and "arrotolata" (rolled up bacon without rind, thinner, seasoned only with pepper).
