Riserva Naturale Orientata Rupe di Campotrera
Local Banner for the promotion of the territory

No other wine can better evoke the lands and cultivated fields of the areas of Reggio and Parma and the hazily pagan ceremonials from which still today the characteristic dishes of the local gastronomic tradition derive.
Wine with a dry and sweet taste, sparkling, strengthening and stimulating, with a sweet violet fragrance and a color going from ruby red to rosy, obtained from a cut of different grapes adequately chosen, but with steady and well-defined features. Lambrusco, produced today at an industrial level, is more harmonious and balanced with respect to the one of the rural tradition, which is very full-bodied, dark, and with a slightly rude taste. Ideal for first dishes and soups, for roasted meat and cheese, with its semi-dry, dry, and sweet varieties it can be used during the meal from the beginning to the end.
