Riserva Naturale Regionale Sentina

Pecorino is an autochthonous vine dating back to the early 19th century and rediscovered only a few years ago.
The wines obtained from Pecorino grapes have an amber-straw yellow color. They are usually cool, with a tasty acidity. It is characterized by a slight touch of cinnamon on notes of rennet and red licorice. Some tasters notice jasmine, others also broom.
