The Snow Houses

According to the legend, the Arabs already used holes dug in the mountains to preserve the snow they would use in the preparation of scented sorbets to quench the thirst during the torrid summer days. This activity, abandoned after the discovery of electricity, gas, and fridges, contributed to integrate the income of the farmers during the poorest periods.
