Discovering the Landscapes of Gola del Furlo

Riserva naturale statale Gola del Furlo organizes, during the weekends of September and October, easy guided tours to discover the wonderful landscapes of Furlo Mountains.
The environmental hiking guides of the Environmental Education Centers will freely lead groups - consisting of at least 7 persons and no more than 20 persons - in half-day tours, from 9.00 a.m. (with meeting at 8.30 a.m. in the Center of Riserva del Furlo) to 1.00 p.m. in the following days:

  • Saturday: 9th - 16th - 23rd - 30th September, 7th - 14th - 21st - 28th October 2006
  • Sunday: 10th - 17th - 24th September, 1st - 8th - 15th - 22nd - 29th October 2006

It is recommended to wear mountain clothing: comfortable mountain shoes, long trousers, waistcoat or k-way, waterflask, cap and rucksack.

Booking required within and no later than 1.00 p.m. on every Friday before the chosen tour.

N.B.: The organization and the guides have the possibility to change the routes according to the situation. Moreover, they can refuse to admit to the tour not adequately equipped persons and people who have not booked.

Università nel Bosco, at its 28th consecutive year, represents a firm reality at a national level as training and specialization center in the naturalistic-environmental field.
The courses are dedicated to students, graduates, practitioners, employees in public bodies, and to everyone who want to improve his/her knowledge on naturalistic-environmental issues dealt with in the various courses.
