The Scientific Museum Center of Nazzano "The Museum of the River" is a naturalistic center dedicated to the river Tiber and linked to Tevere-Farfa Regional Nature Reserve.
The idea of a museum was born to make people discover the aspects of the river ecosystem, considering it a living organism. As a matter of fact, the river Tiber, like any other river, changes in time and space, and creates a whole system with the several animal and vegetable communities, changing according to the natural and human interventions and sharing its history with Man.
