Valle Cavanata Nature Reserve has exclusively didactic and information purposes regarding the natural values it includes. However, it is also part of the town of Grado, which offers local products deriving from the millenary traditions linked to the
main activity carried out in the past and which is still nowadays very
important, that is fishing.
Thanks to the several structures
present in this seaside resort and along the coast, it is possible to
taste top- quality local products at very different price levels.
