Holiday farm

In the middle of the Self-sufficiency farm, the Caselle di Paganico historical building was restored in 2016, and is now used as organic holiday farm. Everything in the holiday farm follows the criteria of organic production and green building: natural materials were used for the building (stone, lime, earth, hemp, wood), the furniture and floors are in wood and treated with natural oils and ecological paint only, the bed linen and blankets are in organic-certified cotton and wool, soaps and detergents are eco-friendly and, needless to say, everything that comes from our kitchen is organic, locally produced, and mostly vegetal and whole.>>>

What to do

The Restaurant

We offer rich and healthy buffet meals with organic, seasonal and local products and ingredients. At Autosufficienza we directly produce our own cereals, beans, vegetables and fruit. Meals are served everyday on reservation from May to October. Lunch is served at 1 p.m. and dinner at 7.30 p.m. Preparing dishes at a fixed time allows us to cook everything on the spot, hence increasing our quality standards.>>>
