The recovered taste

"Frutta Antica" is a territorial project starting from the living reality, preserving memory, and drawing from it important lessons, for today and tomorrow, for the safeguard of biodiversity. The first passage is the rediscovery of the documentary heritage of ancient fruit between art (paintings by Bartolomeo Bimbi) and science (Gallesio's works); then, evidences from the rural world, aming at recovering and enhancing the memory of the ancient fruit in the territory.
