Parco Regionale del Corno alle Scale

Located near the end of the road heading up from Vidiciatico, these fields were once important livestock grazing lands and known as Alpe di Budiara. Once the Budiara meadows have thawed, they come to life with the splendid blooms of the spring crocus, followed in early summer by the spectacular display of the white asphodel's flowers.
