Where to gather and how to cook edible wild herbs

The volume opens the new series of the Park Guidebooks, which represent an essential instrument to make both citizens and nature-lovers discover the richness and diversity of the environments and the protected area.
The main section of the book consists of 44 forms, one for each edible plant you can find in the Park: each form is completed by a color picture of the plant and some indications for its recognition, the data (scientific and common name, family, blooming period, gathering, edible parts), the description of the habitat and the medicinal properties, as well as a recipe to prepare with it.
