Riserva MAB Appennino Tosco-Emiliano

The Onion of Treschietto belongs to the Allium Cepa L. species, and it is obtained through the cultivation of a variety which originated in the territory of the village of Bagnone. In 2004 it has been declared a native local variety by ARSIA Regione Toscana.
