Casa del Parco of Valle dei Casali Nature Reserve lies within a municipal rural farmstead renovated in 2005 with funds from Regione Lazio.
Considering its ancient vocation, an agricultural garden has been created nearby, where ancient autochthonous fruit tree varieties are preserved. Among them, olive trees like Leccino, Canino, and Frantoio, and Malvasia vine.
The activities of the Visitor Center, dedicated to children and adults, are organized by Cooperativa Valle dei Casali. Naturalistic workshops, creative recycling workshops, theater and music workshops are organized, as well as activities dedicated to reading, cooking, and vegetable garden keeping. Moreover, courses, events, debates, exhibits, and cultural initiatives dealing with environmental issues are organized.
There is a hall that can be used by associations to organize meetings on environmental issues.
The Casale includes an organic bistro, open in the evening.
On the first floor, there is also an operation office of RomaNatura Park Keepers.
