Arvasia is a structure composed of two apartments and classified as Holiday House or Apartment (CAV - CITR code: 011030-CAV-0004). It is in Drignana, a hamlet on the hills about 4.5 km from Vernazza,the evocative maritime village collected around the famous, sea-facing Piazza Marconi and the charming little port, making it one of Italy’s most beautiful villages.

Arvasia is the dialect word for breeze, the gentle wind that descends from the hills to the sea and cools down the hot summer nights.>>>

Groups of up to 12 people + 2/4 children can be accommodated, as the two apartments are adjacent.

The building consists of two floors; the owners live at the first floor, where they welcome the guests. The two apartments are at the ground floor, easily accessed by exterior staircase both by the private parking lot (20 metres) or the public one on the street (50 metres). Both apartments have wide open spaces and are modernly and functionally furnished; renovation works were completed in 2013. In harmony with the place, the apartments are called Arvasia a téra (land breeze) and Arvasia ar mâ (sea breeze).>>>

It consists of a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, a passageway that leads to the bathroom, and a double bedroom. The fireplace at the centre of the living room cannot currently be used. The apartment also has a washing machine. The building has a terrace on two levels: the kitchen and living room open onto one area of the terrace, the other is by the garden with olive trees and equipped with small table, chairs, sun umbrella and deck chairs.
