Parco Regionale Veneto del Delta del Po

The Po Delta Saffron derives from a new company in Ariano nel Polese. It is the first saffron made in the Po Delta and grown in the fossil dunes of Monti di Riva that are well suited for the cultivation of this spice, thanks to the silica present in the soil. The product is periodically subjected to organoleptic checks for compliance with quality standards.
