In the Tombolo and Coltano estates there are three cattle farms for the milk production. These producers, thanks to the support of APA - Associazione Provinciale Allevatori (Provincial breeders association), sell the Park's milk directly to the consumers. The park, in collaboration with these farms, is planning a project to produce pine nut ice-cream and yogurt.
High quality fresh milk is a genuine product having a different taste compared with the milk sold in the dairy stores since it does not undergo pasteurization processing.
The raw milk is sold to the consumer according to the current regulations regarding the selling of raw milk.
