Visso (607m), a real architectural jewel set among the woody spurs degrading from Mt. Fema (1,575m), from the main ridge of Monti Sibillini and from Mt. Cardosa (1,818m), is situated at the confluence of five valleys crossed by as many rivers and torrents like the river Nera, the main affluent of the river Tiber.
