Atlante della Biodiversità (Anno 2006) (Biodiversity Atlas - Year 2006)

The "atlante della biodiversità" (Biodiversity atlas) project, promoted since 2002 by the Roccolo Park and financed by the Province of Milan, studies the natural, cultural and historical heritage of these places.
The aim of this fourth volume is to analyse the changes of the area, from its origins to the present day. Over the last few decades we have been witnessing a progressive deterioration of the age-old balance between the work of man and the action of nature which, in the past, shaped a landscape of outstanding value.
