The aim of the "Atlante della biodiversità" (Biodiversity Atlas) project, of which this is the third volume, is to study and spread the natural, cultural and historical heritage of the Roccolo Park. The object of study is therefore once again on the one hand the diversity of species and ecosystems, so-called biodiversity, and on the other hand cultural diversity, in particular the relationship between man and nature, which has changed profoundly over the centuries to the point of breaking down, especially in recent decades, causing the so-called ecological crisis.
