Le Baragge Reserve

• From the south: you can reach it from the highway Turin - Milan (exits Carisio, Balocco, Biandrate).
• From the north: you can reach it from the road SS 142 in the stretch between the Centers of Cossato and Romagnano Sesia.

Bessa Special Nature Reserve

• Take the highways A4 Turin - Milan and A26 from Alessandria, exit at the toll booth of Santhià and follow the SS 143 up to Salussola, where you turn for Cerrione.
• From Biella: take the SP road 338.
• From Valle d'Aosta: take the SP road 419, by going through the Municipality of Mongrando.

Brich di Zumaglia e Mont Prevé Reserve

• Take the highway A4 Turin - Milan, exit at the toll booth of Santhià and go ahead on the SS road 143 up to Biella, then take the direction of Ronco Biellese.

By Train

The positioning of the Baragge Bessa Brich protected areas on the territory does not make them easily accessible by public means of transport. However, we signal:

Bessa Special Nature Reserve

• Biella railway station: go ahead by local trains or by ATAP lines.
• Cerrione - Vergnasco railway station. It is 2 Km far from the Park Authority Offices (Cerrione).

Riserva naturale orientata delle Baragge - Baraggione di Candelo (BI)

• Biella railway station: go ahead by local trains or by ATAP lines.
• Candelo railway station: it is about 5 Km far from the protected area.
• Cossato railway station: too far, go ahead by the ATAP lines.

Riserva naturale orientata delle Baragge - Baraggia del Piano Rosa (NO)

• Romagnano Sesia railway station (at about 6 km from the protected area).
• Other railway stations in Gattinara, Ghemme, but difficult connections with the protected area.

• ATAP Line Biella (Via Lamarmora C.D.A)-Sandigliano-Borriana-Cerrione (p.zza Schiapparelli)-Zimone.
• ATAP Line Cossato-Biella (Piazza V.Veneto Standa)-Vergnasco-Cerrione Vergnasco (traffic lights)- Zimone-Ivrea.

REMARKS: The above-mentioned ATAP stops in Biella are the nearest ones to the station; to reach them, go on foot or use the urban lines.
