• Departure: Pian dou Coumarial 1450 m (Fontainemore 760 m)
• Arrival: Mont Mars 2600 m
• Duration: 4.30 hours (or 6.30 hours from Fontainemore)
• Difference in height: 1,150m

If you leave from the administrative center, follow the trail marker no. 3, with departure near the Reserve Visitor Center; if you leave from Coumarial (you can reach by car) follow the trail marker no. 3 until the junction to Serafredda summer grazing land.
Here turn right and take the trail marked with 3A, rather easy, climbing to Serafredda and Goudin summer grazing land.
