One of the most important wetlands, within the ZPS Magredi di Pordenone, is that of the Vinchiaruzzo springs, in the Municipality of Cordenons. Here an extremely lively and interesting landscape has been differentiated over time, alternating fluvial and glaciofluvial terracing and depressions influenced by the surface aquifers trend. A peculiar mosaic of hygrophilous, semi-arid and arid vegetation has therefore been established, connected to each other by dynamic relationships.
