Peio wildlife area has been created to provide care and shelter to wounded animals found within the park area. It houses deers and roe deers and is situated along the road leading from Peio Fonti to Peio Paese. The "Casa dei Cervi" has been provided with a modern information point and a characteristic visitor center where also the youngest visitors can discover the distinguishing features of the wildlife species living in the protected area, their habits, and their adaptation to the difficult features of the winter season.
