It lies not far away from Forte Buso Lake, along SS road no. 50 leading from Predazzo to Rolle Pass. Paneveggio Visitor Center, recently renovated, is dedicated to the homonymous spruce fir big forest, also known as Foresta dei Violini (the Violin Forest) for the quality of its fir wood which was used in the past by ancient violin makers.
It deals with the most representative local animals of the forest, among which the black grouse and the deer. Not far away, visitors will see an enclosure where some ungulates live. A naturalistic route with some observation points leaves from this Center.
