It is a 100% natural honey produced without using thermal preservation methods. It is obtained from beehives situated where the flora is still spontaneous and far from any source of pollution. Collected between 800 and 1,000m of altitude, it is rich in therapeutic virtues, because it derives from many flower species, it is nutritious and has considerable dietetic and invigorating qualities.
The extraction of the honeycombs is practiced through cold centrifugation and the filtered product is left standing in special stainless steel containers. Crystallization is due to a natural phenomenon that does not compromise the quality, but on the contrary confirms the genuineness of the product.
