There are several itineraries that enable visitors to cross the whole protected area on horseback. Besides the tours in the Cona Island, it is possible to go horse-riding in Bosco Alberoni, Punta Barene, Lido di Staranzano and along the floodplain forests up to the gravel deposits of the river Isonzo in Pieris.
