Tastes of the territory

The environmental and historical unity of the territory represents an extraordinary element of identity and a heritage to enhance, since the awareness to be part of a typical/traditional production chain deeply linked to the territory strengthens both local identity and social cohesion.
Therefore, the Park aims at enhancing the excellent products of the territory, the local specialties, and at promoting the traditional dishes.
Moreover, the Park Authority recognizes the essential role of the local economic operators for the correct management of the territory aiming at sustainable development.
