In the Park territory, two kinds of honey and a honeydew are produced: the mixed flower honey, obtained from mountain flowers, chestnut honey, and silver fir honeydew, obtained from the resin this tree secretes in some periods of the summer. On the slopes of Marguareis massif, the summer grazing practice and the traditional cheese making activity have been preserved.
The Park pastures welcome herds of Piedmont cows, whose calves are used for the meat production.
In the territory of Oasi Crava Morozzo Nature Reserve, freshwater fish is bred in the waters of the stream Pesio.
