Environmental Education Proposals 2012/2013
Environment and Traditions: Learning, Knowing, and DoingAlpi Apuane are rich in treasures, nature, flora, fauna, summits, karstic phenomena, but also in fascinating and traditional human activities, dialects, food, and traditions.
Discovering these aspects linked to the past gives the opportunity to develop projects for the future. Being aware of our roots give the opportunity to build an identity, to look at places with new eyes, to the knowledge of "doing" and to appreciate the complexity of the reality extremely simplified by the virtual experience.
How to join the educational proposal "between environment and tradition" 2013
Send the entry form within 31st January 2013.
Those joining the educational programs "Alla scoperta del Geoparco", "Movida nel Parco" and "Saperi e Sapori a Bosa" must exactly specify the financial contribution required and the expense items.
Those joining the educational program "Vivere il Parco" must attach the project with the economical plan.
Educational programs cannot be combined each other.

Criteria for the disbursement of the contribution
Participations to the Project will be considered depending on the delivery date of the documents to the Park Authority. Since the all-terrain wheelchair called Joelette makes the chosen trails practicable for everybody, preference will be given to those classes where children with motor difficulties are present.
The Park Authority will refund only the actual expanses for: Guide Service carried out by the Park Guides of the Alpi Apuane qualified for the year 2013. The Guides for the educational program "Alla scoperta del Geoparco" will be those trained as "Guides of the Geopark".
Transport costs refund with preference for those schools choosing public transport.
