The itinerary leaves from the square situated at the edges of the Monastery of the Capuchin Friar (465m above sea level) to continue, immediately after, along the trail also called "Capuchin Friars Trail". After about 350 meters of slightly downhill trail, turn left along the trail leading to the shores of Albano Lake.
At about 0.760 km (380 meters of altitude) take a narrow trail on the right requiring particular attention and quiet because it is rather slippery. However, the trail is not characterized by significant differences in height and is particularly relaxing also for the presence of the ridge of the lake crater and a balanced vegetation.
