The trail leaves from Chevrère meadow-pastures and crosses the Scots pine wood, reaches the pastures of Pra Oursie, the Mountain pine wood, the pastures of Pian Tsatèand and Col de Valmeriana, and reaches the summit following the western ridge of Mt. Barbeston. Main features: panoramic points over the entire park, over Mt. Bianco, Mt. Cervino, and Mt. Rosa, serpentinite flora and alpine fauna.
