Another project of tourist relevance is the one regarding the former Casa Cavatori, which not long ago was a ruined building formed by six rooms of about 500 square meters: this building has been renovated and enlarged, giving origin to a welcome structure formed by a parlor and a dining-hall on the ground floor and 3 dormitories on the first floor (for a total of 30 beds), with bathrooms.
Always in the Park, there is Pradera dei Picchi recreational area, with fountain, barbecue set, benches and tables, created by the Municipality and the local Mountain Community at the beginning of the 1980s and recently enlarged and improved.
