Features: White wine, pale yellow. Rather intense and persistent smell, with floral and herbaceous scent and a slight rennet scent. Dry and sapid taste, thin-bodied but modest, with a good consistency.

Dry white wine ideal with fried whitebaits, filled vegetables, vegetable soups, pasta and rice with courgette flowers or peas, omelettes with asparagus, hake with vegetables, and with many similar dishes of the regional cuisine.
How to serve and preserve it: It must be served at a temperature of 10°C, in long-stemmed glasses. It is very good during its first year of life. It must be preserved laid down in the lowest trays of the cellar at a constant temperature of 10°-14°C.
Preparation: It is produced with Vermentino (at least 35%) and Trebbiano Toscano (25-40%) grapes. Also white grapes produced by recommended or authorized vineyards for the Provinces of La Spezia and Massa Carrara can be used (no more than 30%).
