Cinque Terre Walking Park 2023
From east to west, from the coast to the ridge, you can discover the Cinque Terre Park through its rich network of paths accompanied by expert guides.
Active tourism in the Cinque Terre Park, following the rhythm of seasons with the Cinque Terre Walking Park, a calendar of hikes and visits within the protected area with expert guides. Appointments include trekking on the high paths, through natural habitats, ancient settlements, sanctuaries, and terraced landscapes, as well as sunset cycling and visits to wine cellars.
Plogging is also not to be missed, an activity that combines waste collection with sport in nature, offering an opportunity to reflect on the daily habits that have the greatest impact on the environment, organised in collaboration with Acam Ambiente Iren.
Departure is always from one of the Park's Reception Centres located in the railway stations of the Cinque Terre villages, except for the hikes planned around Tramonti (east of the protected area).
The Cinque Terre Walking Park initiatives are included in the services offered by the Cinque Terre Card (both train and trekking), unless otherwise specified.

Please note that open and/or smooth-soled footwear, i.e., not with "Vibram" soles is not allowed. Offenders will be punished according to paragraph 2 of Article 30 of the Italian Law 394/91 and subsequent amendments. In the event of bad weather conditions, the calendar may change. Please note that the Cinque Terre paths can be compared to mountain trails and are therefore dedicated to people with good hiking skills.
