A tour on the back of the local donkeys along the bumpy and steep mule tracks of Gargano National Park, across masserie, springs, and old olive presses, until we will reach the Paleochristian necropolis of Mt. Civita. A unique experience to appreciate the docility and constancy of the donkeys that have been for centuries important collaborators of our farmers.

• Equipment: sports clothes, camera, a good water supply.
