Semi-processed rice, the typical paddy rice, it preserve some of the precious features of the unprocessed rice, rich in fiber and natural substances. Ideal if you appreciate natural wholemeal products for the preparation of dishes with meat, fish, and vegetables. Boiled and dressed with some extra-virgin olive oil, it represents an excellent side dish. It requires a long cooking of about 50 minutes, according to tastes. Cooking can be shorter if you leave the rice in cold water for 4-5 hours before cooking.
