Nordic Walking Trails

  • Trail Conditions: On foot

    The World Health Organization recommends to walk for at least 30 minutes everyday to keep a good health condition: practicing Nordic Walking seems to be the ideal answer for this. This sport is suitable for everybody and cheap, it is practiced with specific poles, in contact with nature, and it combines exercise, wellness and health. The trails proposed in the "Benessere nella Natura" project, with several difficulty levels, cross places of great environmental interest.
