Levanzo Island

Small island housing a great treasure, since in the simplicity of the town consisting of low white houses clung to the cliff the traces of prehistoric men can be found: as a matter of fact, Genovese Cave preserves famous prehistoric graffiti.

The waters surrounding Levanzo are blue and very clear, and in the island cars are useless. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxed, immediately conquering the visitors who forget anxiety and haste.»
