Casa Pallino Holiday Farm, surrounded by Foreste Casentinesi National Park, is managed by Lorenzo, the owner of the agricultural company, and by his mother Miranda. Thanks to them, you will have the opportunity to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing holiday.
At the moment, the accommodation structure is made of one flat which has been entirely renovated in an elegant and simple way, and welcomes you in a warm and pleasant atmosphere, to offer an unforgettable stay.

master bedrooms with the availability of an extra bed. Autonomous
The apartment may be rented to a family or a group of
friends, but the rooms can also be separately rented, with toilet,
kitchenette, and dining-room to share.
Breakfast: The agricultural company offers a fine breakfast, which you will prepare in your kitchenette. We offer several products, among which milk, tea, coffee, fruit juice, cereals, biscuits, rusks, home-made desserts and jams, honey, etc.
Tasting: The agricultural company also offers, by previous booking, small tasting activities organized by Lorenzo, as well as dinners based on the products of the farm, with the possibility to purchase them.
Moreover, there is the possibility to attend cookery courses, booking required.
Tours: Your stay at the Holiday Farm Casa Pallino will give adults the opportunity to relax and carry out tours on foot or by bike (bike rental at the holiday farm) along the trails of Foreste Casentinesi National Park, enjoying the stillness of the place and the magic of our forests.
Farmstead Goretti Miranda lies within Foreste Casentinesi National Park and complies with some essential rules to respect the surrounding flora and the wildlife populating the Park. The farmstead focuses on the breeding of sheep to produce milk, Cinta Senese and Casentino gray pigs, chickens, and rabbits. The farm has joined the project of Provincia di Arezzo to relaunch the so-called "abbucciato aretino" (characteristic pecorino cheese produced in our valley) and "Consorzio del prosciutto del Casentino", a Slow Food Presidium.
- Charcuterie: ham, sausage, finocchiona, salami, rigatino, gota, capaccia
- Cheese: fresh pecorino cheese, pecorino cheese seasoned under ash, robiola, ricotta, raviggiolo
- Jams: mulberries, figs, strawberries, plums, raspberries, apricots, sweet red peppers, onions, green tomatoes, pears with mulled wine, oranges, roses, yellow pumpkin, quince, and during the winter orange jelly with peel, violets jelly.
