Villa Pardi
Villa Pardi, a wonderful 18th century villa, develops on three floors. From its terrace you can enjoy a great view over the sea and the mountain slopes of
Maiella National Park. The noble floor of the Villa houses "Salone delle Feste", ideal for meetings and exhibits; on the lower floor, facing the very ancient garden, you will find a refined parlor where the furnishing conveys the particular warmth and atmosphere you are used to when you are at home.

The Rooms
Tratturo,
Solagna, and
Vicennola are only some of the rooms we offer to our guests. They are all provided with en-suite bathroom and heating/air conditioning system, and enjoy a wonderful view over the characteristic landscape of the Abruzzi hills. The rooms have been renovated in the respect of the local style and are furnished with wrought-iron beds and ancient or poor art furniture.

The Agricultural Holding
Our agricultural holding covers not only the land surrounding the Villa, but also an area of over 100 ha. It develops on the right bank of the river Pescara, on the hills facing the river and in the valley bottom. The hills welcome both the vineyards, with Montepulciano and Trebbiano d'Abruzzo vines (all wines with the Controlled Designation of Origin label) and the olive groves producing PDO and organic extra-virgin olive oil.
>>>What to do in your Spare Time...
The Villa lies in a strategic position at the edges with
Maiella National Park and near
Abruzzo National Park, at only 15 km from the mountains and 30 km from the sea. It is possible to carry out charming tours to visit the nearby Parks and the Nature Reserves of Orta and Orfento Valleys where, surrounded by uncontaminated nature, the Celestinian hermitages lie.
