The Agricultural Holding
Our agricultural holding covers not only the land surrounding the Villa, but also an area of over 100 ha. It develops on the right bank of the river Pescara, on the hills facing the river and in the valley bottom. The hills welcome both the vineyards, with Montepulciano and Trebbiano d'Abruzzo vines (all wines with the Controlled Designation of Origin label) and the olive groves producing PDO and organic extra-virgin olive oil.>>>
