Product features: it is a characteristic autumn dish based on chestnut flour, that used to be prepared by the farmer families to be eaten at dinner in the evening or for breakfast in the morning.

Ingredients: chestnut flour, water, milk, salt

  • Preparation: boil some water with salt, slowly pour the chestnut flour. Boil for 20 minutes, continuously stirring. At the end of the cooking, pour cold milk on it
