The Visitor Center of Dolomiti Friulane Park situated in Forni di Sotto develops on the two floors of the building in front of the Town Hall. The exhibit gathers didactic materials in order to spread the knowledge of the naturalistic reality of the Park and, in general, of the man-forest relationship. The aim is to give visitors the opportunity to discover the features making the Park territory an area deserving protection. The exhibit in Forni di Sotto Visitor Center is an "indoor" representation of the forest environment it is possible to find outdoors by following the Park trails. In particular, it deals with the following issues:
- the physiological features of plants
- the forest typologies and species present in the Park
- the soil typologies
- the past and present forest exploitation techniques
