Parco dei Gessi Bolognesi e Calanchi dell'Abbadessa

The vine represents without a doubt the most important cultivation in the Park territory, at least from an economic point of view.
Some agricultural holdings transform the product and directly sell the wine. The species of vine cultivated in the area include the DOC vines of Colli Bolognesi: Pignoletto (characteristic of the Province of Bologna), white Pinot, Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Riesling for the white cultivars; Barbera, Merlot, Cabernet - Sauvignon for the red cultivars.
