Proto-industry in the medieval Upper Susa Valley

The publication collects the results of the research activities carried out by ACT within the project "L'uomo, l'acqua, la montagna. Protoindustria nell'Alta Valle di Susa medievale" carried out thanks to the support of the Ecomuseum Colombano Romean from Salbertrand, Compagnia di San Paolo, Alta Valle di Susa Mountain Community, and the Association "Arnica Montana" from Cesana Torinese.
It is a cultural project for the enhancement of the territory, aimed at studying the water mills of Upper Susa Valley, comparing the current situation with the situation of the Middle Ages.
The results of the research activity have also been displayed in an itinerant exhibit organized in the Ecomuseum Colombano Romean.
